ProInspire

ProInspire is a Washington, D.C.-based organization founded in 2009 with a vision of creating an equitable and just society, free from systemic oppression. Their mission is to activate leaders and accelerate equity within organizations and the social sector. The organization provides programming, consulting, and resources to support individual leaders, strengthen organizations, and influence and equip the sector. They partner with leading local, national, and international nonprofits and foundations and have received funding from prestigious organizations such as Annie E. Casey Foundation, American Express, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Hewlett Foundation, Kresge Foundation, and Meyer Foundation. ProInspire has garnered recognition for its work and was named as one of the 7 Nonprofits to Watch in 2015 by the Chronicle of Philanthropy and as a Top-Rated Nonprofit from 2015 to 2018. The organization's values of equity, authenticity, collaboration, and courage form the foundation of its operations. ProInspire's impact is evident in the participation of over 4,000 individuals in its open enrollment and custom programs to date. With a focus on developing competencies, confidence, and connections for individuals at all levels in the social sector, ProInspire is committed to driving meaningful change in society.
