About us

We started because lists go stale.

Bounce Watch watches companies for the events that change what they need — funding, hiring, expansion, leadership, distress — and reports them dated, with the reason attached and the date we last looked. Some customers have us do the reading. Others do it themselves.

Our mission

Watch the market you cannot watch by hand.

A team can follow twenty companies properly. Past that, the reading stops happening and the moves get found late, or by someone else. Founded in Amsterdam in 2023, we watch the list for you and tell you what changed. Everything is dated, and when we have not checked something recently we say so instead of leaving you to assume nothing happened.

Signal-first

We track movement, not static records — so you reach out when companies are actually ready.

Watched continuously

The companies a customer follows are scanned every day, so a move surfaces the next morning rather than in somebody's quarterly refresh.

GDPR-first

European, Amsterdam-based and compliant by design — we only use public footprint data.

Scoped to your list

Coverage is sized to the companies you name, on an annual contract — no seats to count, no credits to budget.

Our story

From a simple truth to a signal engine.

Feb 2023

The Spark

We noticed a simple truth: teams had no fast or reliable way to track company movement. Real-time signals were missing from modern decision-making.

Jun 2023

First Prototype

Early scripts that detected hiring spikes, traffic shifts, domain activity and strategic changes. Rough, but proof that real-time intelligence works.

Oct 2023

Amsterdam & Incorporation

We incorporated in Amsterdam — a hub for innovation and the perfect home to turn the idea into a real product.

Jun 2024

Pre-Seed Round

Our pre-seed round gave us the resources to scale data systems, expand coverage and shape Bounce Watch into a product ecosystem.

Sep 2024

First Customers

We onboarded our first paying customers. Early believers who validated the problem and pushed our roadmap.

2025–2026

Signal Tracker Era

We rebuilt around a single insight: data alone doesn't close deals, timing does. Signal Tracker watches the companies a customer names and reports what changed at each, with the date we saw it

Meet the team

Will you still be here

Fair question.
Two answers that aren't us.

Anyone can say they are here for the long run. These two are checkable.

50+

Paying customers, seven countries

Capital advisory firms, holding companies, asset managers and executive search — plus two European foreign ministries. Every one of them sold from Amsterdam by a founder, without a sales team, over three years of shipping.

Four separate selections by the same state agency, the most recent one putting us among six Dutch companies chosen for a market-entry programme into Germany.
