Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN) is on a mission to create an diverse and powerful social sector. Founded in 2004, the organization connects emerging leaders with resources, people, and ideas to address the serious challenges faced by our nation and communities. YNPN recognizes the unprecedented opportunities for social change presented by technology and new network thinking and aims to cultivate inspired and engaged leaders who bring energy, creativity, and new perspectives to the sector. The organization helps activate emerging leaders, providing them with the necessary skills and awareness to be effective changemakers. With a focus on building a diverse and powerful social sector, YNPN supports and strengthens communities by providing resources for 42 and counting local YNPN chapters through leadership development, networking, and advocacy. This initiative serves as a vital support system for future leaders in the social sector, empowering them to drive positive change.
