Additionally, the platform extends employment support activities and partners with companies to promote inclusive hiring. Since its establishment in 2015, Virtualahan has graduated over 1000+ individuals with a commendable 60% employment rate. Even during the pandemic, the platform sustained a 78% employment rate. Notably, the impact of Virtualahan's program has spread as it has been adopted by the Philippine government across 14 regions.
