Itot Africa

Itot Africa is a social impact startup dedicated to vocational training and job creation across Africa, with a focus on digital skills. The company aims to become the leading platform for on-demand digital training in French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa by 2025. Founded in 2018, Itot Africa has already made significant strides in addressing the digital skills gap on the continent.

The company's mission is to generate and restore employment opportunities in Africa through digital skills development. Itot Africa was founded by individuals who, after struggling to find jobs in the DRC, recognized the increasing global demand for digital skills during their remote work experience with a Canadian company in 2018.

To date, Itot Africa has trained over 500 individuals and directly created more than 70 jobs. With a focus on offering training in cloud computing, software development, digital marketing, graphic design, and online business, the startup has garnered significant attention and secured an $80.00K Angel Round investment as of March 8, 2023. The investment came from notable backers including Catalytic Africa, Centre d'innovation de Lubumbashi, and DRC Impact Angels.
