Technovation is a global tech education nonprofit empowering girls to become leaders, creators, and problem-solvers. Through volunteer mentors and parents, girls code mobile apps addressing real-world issues. 300,000+ students in 100+ countries have participated in their programs. As part of its core programs, Technovation Girls equips girls worldwide with skills to become tech entrepreneurs and leaders. Founded in 2006 by aerospace engineer Tara Chklovski as Iridescent, Technovation has evolved from local Family Science nights in Los Angeles to a global nonprofit across 100+ countries.
