Project Scientist

Project Scientist is an education nonprofit committed to igniting and cultivating confidence that a STEM career is attainable for all girls. The organization delivers high-quality experiences in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) to girls from marginalized and underserved communities. Since its inception in 2012, it has provided nearly 116,000 STEAM education experiences, impacting over 24,000 girls in the United States and Mexico. Project Scientist partners with local schools, school districts, nonprofit organizations, and STEM Companies to offer summer and after-school programs. The organization's mission not only emphasizes fostering equal opportunities for girls but also childen of all gender identities and expressions. In June 2024, Project Scientist received a $1.20M grant investment from Trane Technologies. This strategic investment will likely enable the organization to expand its reach and impact in the field of education.
