SeriousFun Children's Network is a global community of 30 independently managed and financed camps and programs, founded by actor and philanthropist Paul Newman. Its slogan, "Where kids are not defined by their illness," encapsulates its mission of serving children with serious illnesses and their families, always free of charge. The programs, purposefully designed, aim to foster independence, resilience, and personal growth, allowing children to transcend the limits of their medical conditions. Since 1988, the Network has positively impacted more than 864,000 children and family members worldwide. The initiative's efforts have been instrumental in enabling children to experience all that life has to offer, irrespective of their medical challenges.
