SALUMIFICIO LEONI, founded in 1960 as a craft workshop, produces cooked hams, specialties, and other typical Italian deli products. The product range includes a variety of cooked hams as well as constantly evolving new specialties such as the Arrosto Aronne Leoni (culatello cut), the Pancetta Piccante UAU!, and flavored hams with rosemary, basil, chili, and wild fennel flowers. The production process exclusively uses natural spices, low salt content, long curing times, and meat cooking to enhance the taste and naturalness of the finished product.
SALUMIFICIO LEONI operates in the Italian and European premium product market with a 15% export share. The main distribution channels are 25% GDO (large-scale retail trade) and 75% traditional. In foreign markets, the company works with specialized distributors in the deli and cheese sector, positioning its products in the best retail and HO.RE.CA. establishments.
