Project Transitions

Project Transitions is a non-profit organization based in the United States that focuses on providing homes and support for people impacted by HIV. With a founding date of 1989, the organization has been dedicated to serving individuals with HIV and AIDS by offering hospice, housing, and support in a compassionate and caring environment. The flagship program, Doug’s House, provides residential hospice care for individuals in the final stages of AIDS, along with short-term respite care on a space-available basis. Additionally, Project Transitions operates three transitional housing programs, offering support for residents to apply for permanent housing and achieve their personal goals of independent living.
