In April 2020, PMC acquired A. Zerega’s Sons, a company with over 170 years of history in pasta manufacturing, making PMC a vertically-integrated pasta manufacturer with six facilities strategically located across the US. The company also operates a division, Minot Milling, which mills durum and hard red spring wheat in Minot, ND. PMC's ~660 employees work within Kosher, Organic Certified, and BRC certified facilities, developing and manufacturing a wide range of pasta styles for industrial, branded retail, and foodservice applications to serve its international customer base.
