Mosan

Mosan is a startup dedicated to addressing the immense challenge of sanitation, as reflected in the Sustainable Development Goal 6 (SDG). With a focus on eliminating open defecation and achieving universal access to basic water, sanitation, and hygiene at the household level, Mosan aims to transform communities by providing an attractive and feasible sanitation solution. Currently, over 4.2 billion people lack access to improved sanitation, leading to various social, environmental, and economic challenges. Mosan offers a comprehensive sanitation system, including an in-home dry toilet, treatment technologies, and services to improve the quality of life and health of people. The startup's initiatives also focus on capacity building and creating a circular system to mitigate climate change and promote sustainability. Having secured a Fr.150.00K Pre Seed Round investment on 15 August 2018, Mosan has demonstrated its potential to attract early-stage funding. Based in Guatemala, Mosan is well-positioned to make a significant impact on global sanitation challenges.
