Mascoteros is a Spain-based E-Commerce startup founded in 2016 with the slogan "Te importa. Nos importa." The company is deeply rooted in animal rights activism and sustainability, with a core focus on the health and happiness of pets. Its offerings encompass a range of products and services, all geared towards positively impacting the relationship between people and animals. Mascoteros operates through four brands, including its flagship platform, Mascoteros, which serves as a one-stop platform for pet parents, providing natural and veterinary products, premium content, and services. Additionally, the company has three digitally native vertical brands (DNVBs) specializing in natural pet food, vegan cosmetics, and environmentally friendly toys and accessories. Mascoteros is part of the Atresmedia Hub Factory, an incubator aimed at launching projects in Spain based on successful global cases. Established in Barcelona, a key technological hub in Europe, Mascoteros is backed by prominent entities such as Atresmedia, one of the largest media groups in Spain, and Antai Venture Builder, a leading incubator in Europe. Notably, the startup received a €705.00K seed round investment on 01 June 2017, with Kibo Ventures participating as the investor.
