JA Southern Alberta

JA Southern Alberta is a nonprofit organization with a mission to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. Originating in 1960, JA has expanded its reach, currently impacting over 50,000 students in grades K-12 annually in southern Alberta. The organization collaborates with local school boards, businesses, Rural Leadership Councils, and a dedicated board, positioning itself for further growth and impact. With a presence in more than 121 countries, JA has engaged over 10.2 million future leaders, emphasizing financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. Acting as a bridge between education and the business world, JA equips youth with the confidence and knowledge essential for defining personal success and pursuing their aspirations.
