InChorus Group is a SaaS startup founded in 2019 in the United Kingdom. The company's mission, as reflected in its slogan "Helping to build a brighter and more inclusive future in the workplace," is to create a truly inclusive future in the workplace by addressing bias and harassment. The platform allows employees to anonymously tag, measure, and resolve incidents of bias and harassment within their organizations.

By providing a secure platform for employees to log non-inclusive comments and behaviors, or micro-aggressions, InChorus facilitates the collection of powerful insights and actionable recommendations to quantify and improve workplace culture. Developed by founders Rosie Turner and Raj Ramanandi, InChorus was designed to complement existing formal grievance procedures by capturing micro-aggressions, thus filling a critical gap in current systems. With a 'Privacy by Design' approach, the platform addresses data and privacy concerns while focusing on data minimization to protect all parties involved.

InChorus has garnered recognition, having won the 2019 IMS (International Music Summit) Accelerator and being accepted into the DeutscheBank-backed "We In Social Tech" growth accelerator program. Moreover, the company secured a $450.00K Pre Seed Round investment on 01 March 2021.
