Great Northern Services

Great Northern Services (GNS) is a nonprofit founded in 1978, dedicated to promoting positive social change and improving economic conditions within communities. The organization's initiatives include tackling issues such as hunger, environmental hazards in homes, access to business capital, and the development of essential infrastructure for safe water, sewer, and high-speed communications delivery. In September 2019, GNS received a $25.00K grant investment from the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. As a food and beverage industry participant, GNS focuses on equal access across society, particularly to reduce hunger in vulnerable populations, including children, seniors, and veterans. With a slogan of "Weaving a stronger community, together...," GNS's programs aim to invigorate communities by fostering inclusive, sustainable development.
