ECHO India is a non-profit trust founded in 2008 with a mission to promote equity in healthcare and education. The organization achieves this goal by providing capacity building programs for healthcare professionals and educators through its innovative 'Hub and Spoke' Model of learning. This approach, facilitated by a cutting-edge digital infrastructure, aims to impact the lives of 400 million people in India by the end of 2025. ECHO India has already launched over 450 hubs and implemented 1500 capacity-building programs covering over 30 disease areas, which have witnessed over a million attendances from healthcare workers and educators across the country. The 'All Teach All Learn' framework of the ECHO Model has been validated by over 560 peer-reviewed articles published in renowned national and international journals.
ECHO India has established partnerships with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) and 26 state National Health Missions (NHMs), municipal corporations, nursing councils, and esteemed medical institutions including AIIMS, NIMHANS, NITRD, NICPR, Tata Memorial Hospital, and PGIMER. These collaborations are instrumental in strengthening India's healthcare system.
