The organization operates through three core programs: a socioeconomic program focused on entrepreneurship, women and youth empowerment, education, healthcare, and the environment; an advocacy program that champions human rights, rule of law, good governance, and anti-corruption efforts; and an ethics program that promotes ethical leadership, business, and professional ethics.
