Community Services Agency

Community Services Agency is a nonprofit organization striving to eradicate poverty in northern Nevada. With a mission to empower individuals and families, it offers a range of programs and services, impacting an average of 4,000 low-income individuals and families annually. These programs include Early Childhood Education, Workforce Development, Income and Asset Building, Energy, and Housing Services. Leveraging the Community Services Agency Development Corporation (CSADC), the organization has ventured into social enterprises to support its mission and has developed 26 affordable and senior housing complexes over the past 36 years. Founded in 1965, the agency epitomizes a sustained commitment to its cause, collaborating with numerous community partners. The emphasis on self-sufficiency and community partnerships aligns with its slogan, "Impacting lives today for a better community tomorrow."
