The Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency (CAA) is a private, non-profit organization that has been serving low-income individuals and families in Hamilton County for over four decades. With a team of 300 employees, CAA provides a range of services including assistance with employment, supportive services, home energy efficiency, early childhood education, housing, and youth programs.

As part of the Community Action Partnership, representing nearly 1,000 CAAs across the country, their mission is to serve as an advocate, provider, and facilitator for public and private resources, aimed at providing low- to moderate-income individuals with opportunities to improve their lives.

Their vision is centered around reducing the causes of poverty, focusing on quality, innovation, and inspiration. They strive to deliver services and support to low‐income individuals in an environment of mutual trust, fairness, and respect, aiming for an improved quality of life and self‐sufficiency.
