Climate Foundation

Climate Foundation is an organization dedicated to educating and empowering individuals globally to counterbalance carbon emissions on both land and sea. With a focus on sustainable carbon balancing practices, they aim to reverse the man-made impacts of climate change. Their efforts include the development of agricultural uses for biochar, a substance capable of sequestering gigatons of carbon for millennia, as well as initiatives to incorporate biochar into sanitation, fertilizer substrate, and carbon sequestration in lean regions. Furthermore, the organization is committed to restoring natural processes in the oceans to reduce carbon in surface waters and reversing coral bleaching on high-value coral reefs. Additionally, they work towards promoting the adoption of renewable energy for electricity and transportation in place of fossil fuels, with a particular focus on displacing diesel power in remote locales and enabling energy storage technologies.
