SphereOX® comes in 3 size ranges to improve the finish of your castings and eliminate pinhole and veining type casting defects. Nothing works better at reducing veining and pinholes than SphereOX®! Our SSPCAB 3, Ferrous Metallic blasting abrasives are recyclable to eliminate waste, dust, and keep the cost down. Chesapeake produces irregularly shaped metallic abrasive particles specifically engineered to effectively remove paint, rust and mill scale while imparting a consistent, controllable profile free of these problems. Chesapeake also has an abrasive product specifically designed for the water jetting industry. Our high-density material, HDM, is used in steel ingot mold casting as bottom pour shot, weights for exercise equipment, industrial machinery, counterbalance weights, and ship's ballast.
