Created by Louis 'Lou' Brown, the CAHP program aims to make home ownership accessible to individuals regardless of their credit or background. Inspired by his single mother's struggles to purchase a home, Lou set out to create a process that would offer hope and opportunity to millions facing similar challenges. The program equips housing providers with tested tools to attract individuals interested in owning a home in the future, expanding the market to a previously overlooked demographic.

CAHP’s are trained and have access to trademarked tools that enable them to market to and attract potential homeowners. This initiative not only addresses a significant social need but also presents a sustainable business model. The program is open to licensed Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Not-For-Profit organizations, non-licensed housing entrepreneurs, housing investors, and real estate investment companies.
