Caribbean Association of Banks Inc.
Caribbean Association of Banks (CAB) is a community of banks and other financial institutions in the Caribbean/CARICOM Region, founded in 1974. Its mission is to advance the interests of member institutions through advocacy, networking, provision of training and other solutions to strengthen the Caribbean Financial Services sector. CAB currently represents 81 members comprising of General, Service and Associate members and three (3) Honorary Members - namely the Caribbean Development Bank, CARICOM, and the Caribbean Centre for Money and Finance.
CAB serves as a valuable source of information through publications, seminars, and conferences. It ensures that members stay up to date on legislative, regulatory and market developments that influence or impact the future of the banking and financial services industry. Moreover, CAB provides industry-relevant information, educational and training support, and effective advocacy to support members with the efficient and effective operation of their respective Institutions.
The Caribbean Association of Banks is the representative body and recognized voice for regional financial institutions. It plays a vital role in shaping the future of the Caribbean Financial Services sector and contributing to its overall growth and innovation.
