With an initial production of 55,000 tons, scaling up to 75,000 tons annually, the As Pontes plant specializes in domestic pellet production, with over 80% of its output earmarked for international markets, primarily Denmark, Germany, and England. The remaining 20% serves the domestic market. Transportation is facilitated through maritime shipments from the port of Ferrol and tanker trucks for national distribution. Target customers include large industries, hospitals, hospitality businesses, and educational institutions, constituting the main consumers of biomass.
