Young Expert Programmes is an initiative established in 2013 in The Netherlands, focusing on rejuvenating the water, agrofood, and renewable energy sectors. The program offers professional coaching, capacity building training, and work experience placement to encourage young professionals to pursue international careers in these sectors. As a part of its mission, the program aims to build expertise and create a young, refreshing international network. This is achieved by providing opportunities for both Dutch and non-Dutch Young Experts to gain relevant work experience through Dutch organizations operating in developing countries and emerging markets. To support this, YEP Programmes offers financial assistance to Dutch organizations employing Young Experts for the implementation of international development aid and trade projects. The program is an integral part of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and is carried out by the Netherlands Water Partnership, the Netherlands Food Partnership, and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency. YEP Programmes operates within the Education industry and is yet to disclose any recent investment details or associated investors.
