Women Of MENA In Technology is a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) Organization founded in Silicon Valley in 2015 with the mission to close the diversity and gender gap in STEM fields. With over 100,000 community members, particularly 90% of whom are technical professionals, the organization aims to connect, mentor, educate, and elevate Middle Eastern and North African women in STEM globally. The vision of Women Of MENA In Technology is to be the premier destination for Middle Eastern and North African women in Tech, fostering learning, inspiration, connection, and global community thriving. The mission is to empower Middle Eastern and North African women and girls around the world to succeed in technology, STEM, innovation, and entrepreneurship, despite conventional beliefs, societal pressures, or inequality challenges.
