WOD-BUD Sp. z o.o. was established in 1988, building upon a family business founded in 1920, specializing in water well construction in eastern Poland for three generations. The company has drilled and documented hundreds of water wells, constructed thousands of kilometers of water and sewage networks, water supply stations, sewage treatment plants, retention tanks, waste disposal sites, and carried out construction and renovation works. In 2010, they expanded their operations to include waste segregation, leading to the establishment of Waste Management Plant in Kraśnik. Subsequently, in 2014, they opened their own Bituminous Mass Production Plant, adding bituminous works to their services.

WOD-BUD's core activities include the sale and laying of bituminous masses, construction of water supply and sewage systems, road construction, waste disposal and management, and asbestos disposal. The company is dedicated to continuous development, introducing new technologies, enhancing employment levels, and modernizing its infrastructure and equipment.
