Wis-Pak, Inc.

Wis-Pak, Inc. is a prominent manufacturer and distributor of Pepsi-Cola products and other beverages. Established in 1969, the company was founded to provide a centralized supply of canned soft drink products to its owners, Pepsi-Cola Franchise bottlers. Over the years, it has evolved into a major cooperative in the soft drink industry, with eight filling plants, a transportation company, a beverage brands company, and a company for centralized administration.

In 1987, Wis-Pak introduced its first proprietary brand, Klarbrunn Sparkling, which was well-received for its simplistic, naturally flavored sparkling water. Subsequently, the company has successfully launched over seven additional brands, including the newest addition, BUBBL’R antioxidant sparkling water, which targets the health-conscious consumer segment.

Currently, Wis-Pak is owned by 35 Shareholders, representing 65 Pepsi-Cola franchises
