Wim Plast Limited is a subsidiary of the 'cello' group, established in 1988 and listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE) and The Ahemedabad Stock Exchange Ltd. (ASE) in 1994. The company initially ventured into the manufacturing of plastic moulded furniture at Daman, experiencing noteworthy success. In 2005, it diversified its operations by setting up plants in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, for processing bubbleguard extrusion sheets and innovating in the field of extrusion technology.

The company currently operates manufacturing units in Daman, Baddi, and Chennai, with depots in Gujrat, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, and Punjab. This widespread presence has facilitated a robust consumer base across the country.
