At Whole Cyber Human Initiative, we are a workforce development 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. Our mission is to curate and develop robust cybersecurity curriculums, using reputable complimentary training resources that would typically cost between $8,525 to $26,640 for online education or $9,000 to $20,000 for an online certification bootcamp. A workforce development research organization focuses on identifying skills gaps, providing tailored education, and fostering career readiness to meet industry demands. Our primary function is to equip individuals with the knowledge and real-world experience necessary to succeed in cybersecurity roles, bridging the gap between education and employment by creating a pipeline of talent ready for today’s digital challenges. Our Flag Ship: Whole Cyber Skill Forge Master Mold, is a Corporate Sponsor package that incorporates the Whole Cyber Certified Security Engineer pathway inconjunction with the Certification "Your" company selects. Each curriculum is crafted by our expert team and vetted by an advisory board with over 300 years of combined tech industry experience, ensuring that content is both relevant and logically delivered. Our 2023 core curriculum is divided into two parts and is self-paced, but we also offer an 11-week cohort program for DoD SkillBridge. This cohort includes: Individual and group mentorship Module recaps and peer support One-on-one advisory board sessions Career transition meet-ups to align past experience with cybersecurity roles LinkedIn networking assistance Since 2021, we’ve proudly served over 2,000 individuals as part of our quest to establish a cyber trade school under Lighthouse Cinema and Greenhouse LLC (lcg.community).
