Welspun Enterprises Ltd is an infrastructure developer with a diversified portfolio in roads & highways, water & wastewater, and energy sectors. Founded in 1976, it is part of the globally reputed Welspun World and is one of India’s fastest-growing infrastructure development companies. The company specializes in the execution of road and water projects under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) and via large-value Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts, in addition to selectively undertaking Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects. In the water & wastewater segment, the company has recently secured its single-highest value order of Rs. 4,636 crore from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation to construct the Dharavi Wastewater Treatment Facility. Additionally, as part of the Government of India’s Jal Jeevan Mission, the company is executing a large water supply project in Uttar Pradesh, which will provide access to safe and adequate drinking water to over 2,500 villages.
