We Said Go Travel
Founded in 2009, We Said Go Travel is a global community that features over one hundred writers sharing travel articles from around the world. The platform also includes photos and videos, aiming to showcase the transformative power of travel. In addition to its digital presence, the company has hosted live and online events as well as travel writing contests.
The original blog was established on blogspot by Lisa Niver Rajna and George Rajna, both members of the Travelers' Century Club. The website, which has earned ratings of PR 5 and PA 50, was launched in May 2010, with the initial content comprising newsletters published during the founders' eleven-month sabbatical in South-east Asia from August 2008 to July 2009.
In April 2011, the company started a YouTube channel, which by May 2013 had amassed over 130 videos and 80,000 views. We Said Go Travel has also achieved notable recognition, including featuring articles such as "A Royal Cremation in Ubud" in National Geographic Intelligent Traveler and coverage of the festival at Inle Lake in the Myanmar Times.
Furthermore, The Nomadic Family awarded We Said Go Travel as the #5 Best Travel Blog of 2012, and in May 2013, the site received a Top 1% Elite Influencer in Travel Badge from Kred.
Operated in the education and travel and tourism industries, We Said Go Travel continues to expand its global community and share diverse travel experiences.
