Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center (VSEC) is a 24-hour multi-specialty referral and emergency small animal hospital based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Founded by Dr. Robert J. Orsher in 1994, VSEC's mission is to enhance the human-animal bond by providing exceptional specialty and emergency care to the community of referring veterinarians and pet owners.
VSEC's state-of-the-art facility in Levittown, PA, features board-certified specialists in various disciplines such as anesthesia, cardiology, dermatology, oncology, and surgery. The hospital is equipped with advanced medical technology including a linear accelerator, CT scanner, and MRI scanner. In 2013, VSEC expanded by opening a second location, VSEC Philadelphia, to serve the Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Northern Delaware communities.
In 2016, VSEC joined the BluePearl Veterinary Partners Network, a MARS Petcare brand, further strengthening its position in the industry.
