Founded in 2006 by Kuldip Verma, Vermaland, LLC is a land banking and land development company based in Phoenix. They currently own more than 25,000 acres, the largest holdings of 50 to 1,200-acre parcels in Metro Phoenix. A majority of the land is located in areas west of Downtown Phoenix, including Tonopah, Harquahala Valley, Gila Bend, and Hyder. Vermaland offers land options for residential, commercial, agricultural, industrial, solar, and other renewable projects. Vermaland has been a wholesale buyer and seller of land for more than 20 years in the Valley. As a leader in solar power development, the company currently has development contracts on 16 solar farm sites with several solar power developers, totaling more than 10,000 acres. The company strives to advocate for the benefit of solar living. Vermaland has marketed to and brought several large renewable companies to Metro Phoenix from all over the world. Verma and his team have also donated $24 million in land and cash to the Vermaland Charity Foundation.
