veriTAG is a Singapore-based startup founded by Jason Lim in 2013, specializing in a tagging solution using NFC and QR Code technology, built off of nuls.io. The company operates in the IT industry, offering a suite of applications including veriTAG, veriHUB, and veri$HOP, which provide a secure food export solution from Singapore to China. With a focus on the food ecosystem, veriTAG aims to transact faster, cheaper, and more securely for buyers and sellers using blockchain technology. In September 2020, veriTAG secured a Venture Round investment from Tribe. It is worth mentioning that the company is one of the first to link up with the Singapore cryptocurrency project, Ubin, and uses its own cryptocurrency for operations.
