Utilities Telecom Council

Utilities Telecom Council (UTC) is a global trade association that has been empowering critical infrastructure companies since its inception in 1948. The organization aims to create a supportive business, regulatory, and technological landscape for businesses that own, manage, or provide essential telecommunications systems for their core operations. Originally focused on advocating for additional radio spectrum allocation for power utilities, UTC now represents a diverse array of entities, including electric, gas, and water utilities; natural gas pipelines; critical infrastructure companies; and various industry stakeholders.
