Usher's New Look

Usher's New Look is a non-profit organization, founded by Usher Raymond IV in 1999, with a mission to transform the lives of under-resourced youth by helping them develop into passion-driven, global leaders. The program focuses on certifying young people in four leadership pillars: talent, education, career, and service, to ensure their success as leaders worldwide. The initiative starts in 7th and 8th grade and continues until students graduate college or obtain full-time careers.
