Unigold Inc (UGD) is a junior natural resource company based in Canada, founded in 1990. The company is dedicated to the exploration and development of its gold projects in the Dominican Republic, an area with substantial potential for gold and polymetallic mineral resources. Unigold has concentrated its efforts on the 75km-wide Cretaceous-age Tireo-formation volcano sedimentary rocks over the past decade, which are renowned for hosting major deposits. Unigold recently secured a $1.60M Post-IPO Equity investment on 26 July 2022.
