TÜBİTAK BİLGEM (Bilişim ve Bilgi Güvenliği İleri Teknolojiler Araştırma Merkezi), is a national R&D Center that operates in the field of information technologies, information security, and advanced electronic technologies through strategic collaborations with public institutions and the private sector. Founded in 2010, it aims to develop original, national, and high-value-added technologies and products to sustain the country's competitiveness. With over 40 years of expertise, 2,100 skilled employees and six research institutes, TÜBİTAK BİLGEM conducts scientific and technological research at international standards at its campuses in Gebze and Ankara, Turkey.

TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, as one of the most competent and largest R&D centers in Turkey, focuses on ensuring technological independence in the fields of information technology and information security by executing projects and developing products. It undertakes numerous international projects, particularly from the European Union (EU). Within TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, there are six research institutes that develop products and solutions in critical areas requiring scientific infrastructure and technological depth, encompassing cryptography, blockchain technologies, artificial intelligence, digital transformation processes, underwater defense systems, and electronic warfare solutions:
