Trendi

Trendi is a Canadian startup founded in 2019 with the focus on using robotics and upcycling to address the global issue of food waste. With the slogan "Robotics to Rescue Food", the company is dedicated to combating excess and unnecessary waste of misfit food from farms, cuttings from processors, waste from retailers, and even the waste produced in homes. The last investment of $6.20M in a Seed Round was secured on 09 June 2022 from Vestech Partners and WGG Partners. Trendi operates in the industries of Food and Beverage, Nutrition, and Robotics.
