TISE - Towarzystwo Inwestycji Społeczno-Ekonomicznych SA
TISE is a Polish fund providing preferential loans from EU funds and regional resources to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, social enterprises, and NGOs. Established in 1991 by Bank BISE, it was owned by the French bank Crédit Coopératif from 2009 to 2023. Currently, Poznański Bank Spółdzielczy, part of SGB banking group, holds 100% of TISE's shares.
Initially a venture capital fund, TISE transitioned to providing loans in 2008 using its own funds and EU financial resources. As a founding member and the only Polish representative in the European Federation of Ethical and Alternative Banks (FEBEA), TISE is involved in financing social and ethical projects. Between 2008 and 2024, TISE has issued over 10,000 loans totaling more than 1.6 billion PLN.
