The Viscardi Center

The Viscardi Center is a non-profit organization with a mission to educate, employ, and empower individuals with disabilities. Established in 1952 by the renowned disability advocate Dr. Henry Viscardi, Jr., the center offers a diverse range of programs and services catering to children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities. These include K-12 education for children with severe physical disabilities, work-readiness training, career counseling, job placement, and assistive technology services. Additionally, the center provides youth transition services and attendance retention programs for at-risk youth, as well as adapted driver education and web accessibility training for businesses.
