Founded in 1911, The Victor L. Phillips Company (VLP) recently joined forces with the rapidly growing construction equipment rental and technology solutions provider, EquipmentShare. This collaboration, finalized on February 28, 2020, encompasses the five existing VLP locations within Missouri and Kansas.
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of EquipmentShare, VLP now operates as an authorized dealer for Case Construction Equipment, Epiroc, and Sennebogen at all five locations. In addition to equipment rental and retail sales, VLP also provides equipment repair and maintenance services, as well as parts support and sales.
Established in 1911, VLP has a longstanding legacy in serving the construction and heavy equipment markets of mid-Missouri. Meanwhile, EquipmentShare solidifies its position as the fastest growing construction equipment rental and technology solutions provider in the U.S.
