The Swan Group owns businesses engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of heating, plumbing and water products in addition to a portfolio of commercial real estate. It was established in 1932 by Thomas J Swan with the founding of Emerson Swan, Inc. and remains privately owned by his family today. We are committed to prudently managing and growing our businesses by continuing to invest in them, and, most importantly, by hiring, developing and retaining the best people in our industries. We are headquartered outside of Boston, Massachusetts with additional manufacturing operations in Michigan, US, Chelmsford, UK, Taichung, TW and Qingdao, CN. We have additional sales and warehousing/distribution centers in Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, Maine, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Canada, China, Costa Rica, France, India, Italy, Korea, Luxembourg, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, UAE, and United Kingdom. In addition to Emerson Swan, Inc., The Swan Group business portfolio includes Emerson Swan Canada, Flexcon Industries, Global Water Solutions Ltd., Global Water Solutions US, Vent-Rite Valve Corp., including Skidmore Pump, and its subsidiary Smith’s. All of our businesses focus on emerging technologies and new product trends in mature industries and strive to deliver the best product quality and customer service.
