The Student Hotel, now rebranded as The Social Hub, aims to create boundary-blurring spaces that cater to students, travelers, mobile professionals, creative nomads, and enterprising minds. The company offers smart design co-living and co-working spaces. Recently, the launch of the co-working space TSH COLLAB at The Student Hotel Amsterdam City marks the company's transition into a Complete Connected Community. This facility provides flexi-desk space, dedicated offices, mini classrooms, and access to various amenities such as an Olympic-size lap pool (SwimGym), a world-class gym, an auditorium, and a restaurant, cementing its place in the co-living and co-working space.

The company plans to introduce membership-based workspaces and related perks across all locations including future ones. With plans to expand to 65 locations across the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, France, and Germany in the next 5 years, The Social Hub aims to offer at least 17,550 rooms and over 620,000 square meters of co-living and co-working space. This ambitious goal positions the company to become the leading connected community hybrid provider in Europe.
