The Sandra Feinstein-Gamm Theatre (The Gamm) is a premier professional theater based in the United States. The company's slogan reflects its dedication to telling stories that entertain, provoke, and engage with the most important issues of our time. Founded in 1984 as Alias Stage by a group of actors, The Gamm has since become a cultural asset and a destination for critically acclaimed productions.
Under the leadership of Artistic Director Tony Estrella and Managing Director Amy Gravell, The Gamm presents an eclectic season of new works and classics. The theater, with just 185 seats, provides an intimate space for audiences to engage fully with the productions. Additionally, The Gamm offers robust education and community programs, promoting lifelong literacy for thousands of school students and underserved audience members.
In 2018, The Gamm moved to its permanent home in Warwick, providing an enhanced experience for artists and audiences. The latest investment of $49.90K came in the form of a grant from The Champlin Foundation in December 2020. As a proud member of New England Area Theatres, The Gamm continues to make a significant impact on the cultural and civic life of its community.
