The Property Partnership is a professional valuation company specialising in Asset Valuations. Our core focus is commercial, industrial, retail, development land, residential and specialised properties. We mainly operate in Johannesburg and surrounding areas, but are also able to assist with property valuations throughout South Africa. All of our professional valuers are registered with two local bodies; The South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession and The South African Institute of Valuers. In addition, our property valuers are also registered with the world-renowned Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Our expert valuers undertake valuations of both land and building assets, as well as plant and machinery assets using various valuation methods.
