The mission of The National Foundation of Young Managers is to promote and develop management culture and entrepreneurial education in Romania. Enriching the management culture in Romania toward the western capitalistic standards according to the free market economy principles and to the spirit of the European Union values represents the FNTM purpose. FNTM holds a resource center, a library with over 800 book titles, over 50 motivational videos and success stories with Romanian and foreign entrepreneurs and business best practices.
