The Meadows Foundation, founded in 1948, is a private family foundation dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the people of Texas. With a focus on arts, civic and public affairs, education, environment, health, and human services, the foundation has provided over $1.38 billion in support over the past 76 years. In addition to financial contributions, the foundation offers collaborative, rent-free office space in the Wilson Historic District to nonprofits serving Texas. Situated near downtown Dallas, the District encompasses a 22-acre campus with 27 new and restored historic structures.
